Carrot, sweet potato and coriander soup with winter spices

Gloria’s carrot, sweet potato and coriander soup – with winter spices

1 tsp fennel seeds
3/4 tsp cumin
2 tsp minced ginger
3-4 cloves of garlic chopped
3 medium carrots
2 medium sweet potatoes
1 tsp turmeric powder
Fry the spices add the chopped carrots and potatoes for around 10-15mins.
Season, salt and pepper
Can use a cube stock melted in 500mls water

Cover the ingredients with stock water and more water if needed and simmer for 20mins

Then carefully transfer into blender and good handful of coriander
Blend til smooth or to ur liking
